To become a user of the Texas Virtual Data Library (Texas ViDaL), please email admin@vidal.tamu.edu with the following information:

• Your Name
• Your preferred contact email
• Your PI’s name (supervisor/advisor)
• Your department of study
• A brief description of your study including the following details
  • The specific dataset you will be analyzing
  • List of users that need access and their affiliation (graduate student, external etc)
  • What legal restriction on data use you have, if any. Specify any law that is applicable (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA, ITAR, etc)

A staff member will follow-up with you to walk you through the process of joining the Texas ViDaL.
